Funding Solutions is a business finance brokerage founded by Ian Hepworth and Mark Endersby.

It was founded with the view of offering impartial and independent advice to businesses in 3 main areas:- commercial mortgages, asset finance and invoice finance.

Mark Endersby is a ACCA qualified chartered accountant who qualified with Arthur Andersens and then set out as an entrepeneur. Ian Hepworth has a background in banking, asset finance and invoice finance and also has a masters degree in International Banking and Finance.

The last three years have proved challenging and the issues Funding Solutions have faced are no different to the well publicised challenges the business arena at large have faced. The banks simply stopped lending and many commerciial mortgage companies and asset finance companies simply withdrew from the market. As such lending opportunities were limited.

However, Funding Solutions has managed to deliver funding to hundreds of satisfied clients over the last 3 years. Having developed a real specialism in invoice finance they maintain focus on this area.

In 2011 Funding Solutions have seen a return to enquiries and lending solutions for both asset finance and commercial mortgages which is surely a good sign of things to come.
